Certified Business List

The following are Humboldt County businesses that have been certified and approved by the Emergency Operations Center for reopening. Businesses not listed are not authorized to be open and must complete the online training and quiz prior to opening.

All of the businesses listed have submitted plans or completed training that ensure the safety of employees and customers alike with enhanced staff training, screening for illness, thorough disinfection and physical distancing. Residents are encouraged to look for the certificate displayed near the entrance of certified businesses.

Please note that not all certified businesses are choosing to reopen at this time and may prefer to offer partial services such as curbside pickup or delivery only. Please contact the business prior to your visit.

The lists below are automatically updated when new certificates are issued. New Sectors will be added as they are allowed by state and/or local orders.
