The Public Financing Authority (PFA) is made up of three members of the County Board of Supervisors, and two members of the public. The PFA oversees revisions to the Infrastructure Financing Plan, eventual debt issuances, approval of financed projects, and other governing activities. The PFA will hold 3 public hearings following the initial public meeting during which they will hear written and oral comments and make adjustments to the IFP if necessary. PFA meetings and hearings are currently scheduled as a part of regular Board of Supervisors Meetings.
